2022 Conference Agenda

How do you manage your environmental impact to have a positive influence on the planet which your stakeholders, regulators & customers will love?

  • Values-based approach to your work to foster your people, culture, and products to have positive social impact in the communities in which you work and society at large.
  • Strengthen your corporate governance work, particularly around safer-gambling and ESG Reporting.

Key Areas 2022

Green Agenda – How well is the gaming industry doing in meeting the green agenda? Have lessons been learned from COP26? What are the key initiatives for the next ten years?

Ethical Behaviours – There is a sharp line between what we have to do and what we should do? Can the gaming industry ever begin to have an ethical voice in the current climate?

Legal Behaviours regarding governance – Crime, compliance and governance are key drivers in the ESG push. What should the industry be doing in order to ensure that it is adopting best practice in these areas?

Values-Based Recruitment – All gaming organisations have visions and values but are they true to these and does the outside world recognise them? How do we recruit against this in attracting and retaining key staff?
Diversity & Ethical Business – The case for both diversity and inclusion has never been louder but how can we move beyond box-ticking into a meaningful way of diversifying our workforce with regard to gender, ethnicity, disability and other key drivers? What is the business case for doing so?

Sustainability – How can the industry adapt and thrive with regard to the sustainability of its business models and products? What technologies and advances can be adopted to ensure the longevity of a business in the gaming and gambling environment?

Auditing Your Business around ESG – Every business needs a health check and an external view is the best way of achieving this? Who do we trust to do this, what accreditation should they have and why must we tread carefully around ESG?
